Esti specializes in working with adults facing the effects of chronic and developmental trauma. She aims to create a collaborative and supportive space to explore your experiences and discover the wisdom you hold within to heal and change.
Esti has a practical approach to therapy, actively working to expand your resiliency & strengthen your skill set. She uses an integrative approach of evidence-based therapies including but not limited to Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapies, Polyvagal theory, and trauma-informed treatments.
She is a certified Transforming Touch practitioner and is a provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol.
Esti earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work at Long Island University in Brooklyn. Since then, she has worked in mental health and medical environments, which has enhanced her appreciation of the mind-body connection and informed her holistic approach to therapy.
Esti is passionate about continued learning and education and is pursuing post-graduate training in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Polyvagal theory, and Somatic Therapies.
Esti’s compassionate and authentic nature provides a grounding space for therapy.
