Moshe Holzer. LCPC
As a Licensed member of Sunshine Consulting & Counseling, I view life in terms of relationships.
Our relationship with others has the potential for love, understanding, and security. When this is not present, the effects can be profoundly painful and isolating.
Our relationship with ourselves is the same way. When we connect with our inner self, we feel grounded, manage challenges, and are present in our life experiences. When there is a disconnect, we are overwhelmed and feel trapped in our struggles.
Although we often get stuck in negative or unhealthy relationship patterns, I believe that every person has the strength and ability to be present in all their relationships.
To actualize this potential, I provide a therapeutic environment that is non-judgmental and understanding, while using skills and tools to develop a person’s internal resources.
I work with couples, families, and children. I use Play Therapy, CBT, Somatic work, Parts Work/IFS, and Family Systems modalities to help people become more empowered in their lives.
The process is unique for each person, couple, or family through the use of an integrated variety of tools and techniques.
I can proudly say that I have helped couples and individuals develop a new relationship with themselves & each other, communicate better, and become genuinely happier.
As a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor, I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, and a variety of relationship problems.
If you are looking to improve your relationship with yourself and your loved ones, please reach out.
