Sherrie L Ludwick, LCPC, NCC, SEP, TTP, C-PST
Sherrie L. Ludwick, LCPC, NCC, SEP, TTP, C-PST, is a highly experienced therapist, somatic practitioner, and educator with over 30 years in the mental health and education fields.
Her work is grounded in a deep respect for the body’s innate capacity to heal. Through an integrative, body-based approach, Sherrie supports individuals and couples in moving beyond patterns that feel stuck—especially when insight alone has not been enough to create lasting change.
Sherrie’s clinical work draws from Somatic Experiencing and Transforming Touch, helping the nervous system find regulation, safety, and resilience.
In her couples work, she integrates somatic awareness with concepts from Relational Life Therapy, supporting partners in understanding the patterns that drive reactivity while fostering accountability, repair, and deeper connection.
Sherrie works with individuals and couples navigating trauma, relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, and nervous system dysregulation. Her approach is attuned, collaborative, and paced to each person’s capacity.
Teaching, Training, and Consultation
In addition to her clinical work, Sherrie is a seasoned trainer and educator, offering both in-person and online trainings for counselors and therapists seeking continuing education.
She has provided training in areas including trauma-informed care, couples work, telehealth and digital ethics, grief and loss, and treatment planning. Her teaching emphasizes experiential learning, practical application, and integration of somatic and relational approaches.
