  • Sherrie L Ludwick, LCPC, NCC, SEP

    Sherrie has worked in the Mental Health and Education fields for over 30 years. She is experienced in working with individuals with most types of disabilities and has been an adult trainer/educator for over 25 years. 

    Sherrie’s approach to therapy is integrative.  She is trained in and uses many different modalities to work with individuals and couples who have experienced trauma and/or in need of sex therapy.  She stays current and is trained on the most recent trauma treatment developments.

    Currently, she also provides training through webinars online and in person to counselors and therapists who need to obtain Continuing Education Credits to maintain licensing.

    Sherrie provides training in Digital Ethics, Telehealth*, Trauma Practices, Couples Counseling, Grief & Loss, and Developing Treatment Planning among others.     *She is a certified telehealth trainer and offers events to teach about HIPAA requirements to help better understand the regulations behind HIPAA.

    She is a graduate of Rutgers College, where she obtained a BA in Psychology and Education; Vermont College, from which she received an MA in Education and Human Services; and Walden University where she received her MS in Mental Health Counseling. Her post-graduate training has been in counseling couples and families and in working with individuals and couples who have histories of trauma.

    Sherrie L Ludwick is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland, a Maryland Board Licensed Supervisor, a Sex Therapist, a Transforming Touch® Practitioner, and a Nationally Certified Clinician (NCC) recognized by the National Board for Certified Counselors. She is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), American Mental Health Counseling Association (AMHCA), NEFESH, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors of Maryland (LCPCM), American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT), and is a SE™ Practitioner. Sherrie specializes in treating intimacy and sexual issues and trauma. She is trained in and uses Somatic Experiencing®, Transforming Touch®, art, and movement to integrate healing.
